People who deny Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will many times provoke you with this question "Are you calling me a sinner?"
and they will justify it through some moral standards that they have come to accept calling themselves good people and therefore if God exists (which He does) has to let them go to Heaven because they are "good".

So the question my dear friends who do not know Christ as personal Savior is not if we Christians think you are sinful, the question is do you see YOURSELF as sinful before Almighty God?

If you don't we can't convince you otherwise it's God who will do the conviction and when He does then you will not only see what you don't see now but you will truly be free if you accept His solution to your problem found in Jesus Christ.

If you want to answer the question by all means
Do you consider yourself sinful? (I dare ask why)

Without even reading the details I say you're a sinner. We have all sinned at one point in time. Only the Lord Jesus Christ, the Father our God, and the Holy Spirit are without sin. And They're all in One. I'm sorry if this has offended you but I must speak the truth.

Every single human being currently on this planet is sinful. I, as a Christian, do not consider myself as "good" or "better than anybody else". Any Christian who do that are not reading his Bible correctly. All humans are equal before God and has sin. However, it is by the act of Jesus who died for our sins on the cross and who was resurrected again by God, that ALL humans are saved IF THEY JUST ACCEPT THIS. We do not go to heaven because of good deeds, but solely on the basis of God's grace. First you get saved, THEN you do good deeds to honor and thank God for what He has done. You do good deeds because God loves you and you must love others. Most people twist this around by saying that your good deeds "earn" you a position in heaven. Wrong!

If you have a relationship with Christ, He will forgive and forget all you sins if you ask for it with a sincere heart. Then, offcourse you must try your best not to repeat it. This is not so easy, but the Holy Spirit helps us to reject sinful temptations.

Romans 3 (New King James Version)

All Have Sinned

9 What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
10 As it is written:

“ There is none righteous, no, not one;
11 There is none who understands;
There is none who seeks after God.
12 They have all turned aside;
They have together become unprofitable;
There is none who does good, no, not one.”[b]
13 “ Their throat is an open tomb;
With their tongues they have practiced deceit”;[c]

“ The poison of asps is under their lips”;[d]
14 “ Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”[e]
15 “ Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16 Destruction and misery are in their ways;
17 And the way of peace they have not known.”[f]
18 “ There is no fear of God before their eyes.”[g]

19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
God’s Righteousness Through Faith

21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all[h] who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Like too many religious people you seem obsessed with "labeling" people:
sinner vs. non-sinner
good vs. bad
Life is not so black & white, and people are neither all good or all bad. We all have elements of both in us. I htink you are asking the wrong question. A better question might be, since we all have elements of both in us how will YOU take responsibility for your own actions to conduct yourself as a good person (knowing there is always temptation to be bad). It is all too easy to "rely upon" fabricated ideas like confession, and religion so that we can do what we want and then confess we are weak.

Nope. A sin is an act that is against God. Since there is no God, I cannot commit acts against him.

However, there are ethics and ethics have no relation to religion. I can commit acts that are unethical, or I can choose not to commit those acts. This is largely based on my upbringing. I generally choose not to do things that are unethical. It makes the world a better place, which cannot always be said of religion.

I do not think I'm sinful. I have not been saved; however I do attend Catholic mass a few times a month with my husband (who is Catholic). I do not lie, I do not cheat, I do not steal, I am very giving and give money to the church as well as other national tragedies as they occur. I am a good person on the inside. It burns me to think that because a murderer confesses and asks for forgiveness that he will receive it and go to heaven. Just my opinion.
