I am currently 16, I am going to be a Junior in High School. I really want to go into a career in the health field. What are some ways to get a scholarship? I am thinking about being a Chiropractor...and I want to know how I can get a Scholarship to go to a good college. Also, can one get more than one Scholarship??? Like, if I am a part of 2 clubs that could possibly offer me a scholarship, can I use both. I am very confused. And I really want to get a Scholarship to help me out with my Chiropracting career. Of course you can get more than one scholarship- apply for as many as you can (that you qualify for), and see what happens. I worked with a student who won $40K last year, a few thousand dollars at a time. It really is possible.
Start searching now for scholarships you can apply for while you're still in h.s.-- a lot of programs will have deadlines during your senior year (for your 1st year of college). Try searching online databases like scholarshipexperts.com, schoolsoup.com, and fastweb.com, and using books of scholarship listings as well. And definitely check with clubs/organizations you and/or your family are already affiliated with.
