I agree with Raoul Duke, but I don't think it's going to get worse. I see that people are waking up to the fact that its their own governments at fault, and their ruler-ships sway the minds of people through their religious gatherings.
As long as we keep becoming spiritual-minded and sway away from religious groupings we will en mass to correct the wrong being done. That's what's coming next.

Saw on Article on this museum on BBC News 24 last night. There was a demonstration outside - "The Rally for reason". Why can't people just accept that Evolution is a fact, Dinosaurs did not exist alongside people, the Grand Canyon was not caused by the runoff from the Flood (Noah and his ark).
What's worrying is that in the USA, many people beleive creationism or ID is true. Even the Catholic Church accepts Evolution to some extent.

My thoughts are this. The evolutionists are "up in arms" because there is more media exposure for creationism. The evolutionists are "running scared" because the day that evolution on a macro level is proven wrong is on the horizon.
I do not agree with all of the "goals" of some of the museum creators but I do agree with teaching children about creation and what the Bible says about it. For years, our children have been taught in school that we evolved from a lower life form. It is amazing that we can teach our children an idea that has never been proven. If we can't prove creationism either, then what is harm with teaching both. The educated will eventually figure out that creationism makes more logical sense.

What amazes me is that in the US, with all of the educational opportunities available, with the information of the world at our finger tips, that some people actually take the parables of bible literally. I see this Creation Museum as just another attempt to give their faerie tale some kind of scientific credibility. It fails miserably though.

The Creation Museum is an embarrassment to the American people. It makes us look like idiots over here and most of us are not.

Except to keep this demented world view out of public schools, I don't know why anyone gives these baboons the time of day (my apologies to the decent baboons of the world for comparing them to some of their less intelligent cousins). Simon and Garfunkel sang words in 'The Boxer' that speak one of the greatest truths ever uttered - "Still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest".

Just another attempt to insult God and Christians.
And science is constantly proving the Bible as scientifically accurate. Remember science claimed the world was flat, the Bible said that God held the spere of the eath. Who turned out to be right.
Also, I see the wheels have turned back around to questions of evilution. So be it.

This article cracks me up. They get so ticked about the opening of this museum, because they're afraid it is going to lead people to ignorance???
Atheists strike again against Christianity...for what reason? Radical atheism is starting to look like terrorist groups.

Christians having been doing this for centuries. Misinformation doesn't help mankind and it keeps us in the Dark Ages, but they don't care. Their agenda is more important than the truth.

That has always been their goal. Fundamentalist Christians want to rewrite the US Constitution so they can destroy America’s 100% secular democratic republic. Only the rule of law prohibits them from behaving exactly like their radical Islamic cousins:
• Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson said that God attacked us on 9/11 because he was mad at America.
• Bin-Laden said that God that attacked us on 9/11 because he was mad at America.
-----------------------------------
• Bin-Laden claims that God spoke to him and told him to smite America.
• Bush claims that God spoke to him and told him to smite Iraq.
-----------------------------------
• Christian fundamentalists believe Bush is God’s instrument and that he is doing God’s work.
• Islamic fundamentalists believe Bin-Laden is God’s instrument and that he is doing God’s work.
-----------------------------------
• Bush sends others to do the killing (and to be killed).
• Bin-laden sends others to do the killing (and to be killed).
-----------------------------------
• Christianity and Islam both trace their history back to Abraham (they are more alike than they are different).
-----------------------------------
• Fundamentalist Christians and Muslims both worship brutally judgmental and sadistic Gods who do not hesitate to kill their own chosen followers as well as non-believers.
-----------------------------------
• Christian and Islamic fundamentalists both believe (and have the historical pedigrees to prove) in conversion through genocide and see no inconsistency in murdering, raping, torturing, barbequing, and hacking-off body parts as a means to spread their spiritual messages of unconditional love and goodness.
-----------------------------------
The conservative faithful of both religions are fearful and ignorant humanity-hating sociopaths. We might not know the true percentage of dangerous Muslims, but it probably the same as the percentage of dangerous Christians – and that is probably close to the percentage of Americans who are hard-core Bush supporters (25%). Things are going to get much uglier before they get better – if they get better.
