I think Leipheimer will do well. Carlos Sastre too. Look for a strong time trialer who can climb with a good team behind him. Especially a strong lieutenant.
Oscar Pierero should do well again. (he may even win the '06 tour).

I like the odds of either Levi Leipheimer or George Hincape... I dunno though, with so many kicked out of the sport for doping... wide open field this time. Before all that happened, I would have put some money on Ivan Basso...
