Good morning.

Where are you? I know it is none of my business but I am curious about our ages.

San Antonio here (Go Spurs Go). I am 52. Somedays I feel older and somedays, like today, I feel ageless.

Gainesville, Florida. Just recently turned 34.

Monday's a fine day to discuss it as just about any other (except possibly the weekend since I tend to vegetate and catch up on sleep during most of it).

I try to keep an open mind, but I have to say I tend to want to be a "show me the money" kind of person when it comes to religion. I'm all for the positive aspects of religion involving community, love, and bolstering the best in people, but all this stuff some suggest about following the words of the Bible to the letter seems unwise.

As a general example, some go out of their way to persecute others because they exhibit behaviors that don't conform to some passage cited in Scripture. While this seems like it would be a righteous thing to do for a God which wants dominance over the earth, it doesn't seem righteous if a God wants its children to love each other and live in harmony.

Anyway, well met. :-)

Morning!

I am currently at work the state capitol in Oklahoma trying to wake up after 5 hours of sleep and feeling like even though I am only 25 I would not have been this exhausted only a few years ago.

Is Monday a good day to discuss religion? Well no time like the present and it allows to slowly get my brain in gear for the rest of the week.

I am sitting in my armchair in Canada, its a beautiful day. I will be 52 in July. Sometimes I feel a hundred, sometimes I feel ageless. Any day is a good day for any discussion. Peace out.

Good morning.

For some, Monday may be the religion hang-over day...so they may not want to talk about it as much...

24...and wasn't that a great game last night?

It's better than Friday night, I think. I am 29 (seriously). And I live in Washington State.
