I take Zoloft, and have been for the past few years. I sure can tell when it wears off or I forget to take it. I don't really "stress out" when there is alot of activities going on at once. I don't have the 'blues' anymore either. Its hard to explain why I need it. I makes my life and others around me happier :):):):)

the only time you concentration one hundred% on something such as you're talking approximately is while there is lots artwork you won't be able to do it. in basic terms sitting around questioning and fiddling isn't the time. My answer is, a million. placed a objective putting administration scheme into place 2. Get a activity till #a million and the consequence of your man or woman company gets to a level regularly popular as "organised chaos" that shows you may put in one hundred%.meanwhile you may make your mom gentle and placed money aside on your organization venture. The objective putting could be so user-friendly as getting a diary and the night earlier writing down 6 jobs in priority to extra you artwork. day after today then meet or exceed the standards and that night the two pass uncompleted and new jobs to maintain momentum.

yes i've been on antidepressants for nearly a year, and gonna use it for two years more.i was sad, always crying.i was afraid of everything.hopeless about life and future.fighting with bad memories.didn't want to see anyone.my emotions were out of control.they were always on edge.one moment i was very happy and the other i was crying like mad..i used to cut or bite myself.
but after antidepressants,i wake happy in the morning.i can control my emotions.of course i have my sad moments but they are nothing like those crisis.i can be happy or sad for the right reasons.i mean they are normal feelings.i used to be very social before depression.now,i am not like thet but i am not afraid of socializing.i meet friends, but have my alone moments too.and i don't try to harm myself.i don't try to cause myself pain.
i am fine again and very pleased about this.i've never been embarrassed or regretful about my illness.because it tought me lots of things.one, who has not suffered from depression never can know how good it is to wake up happy..

I have been on anti-depressants on and off for years. This past February I was put on Wellbutrin, and I think it has had the most profound impact on my "everyday life". It has enabled me to slow down and think before I speak, I feel I have More control over my temper, and my moods have stabilized. Both me and my family have seen a great difference.

The medication has enabled me to get up in the morning and function well again. No more constant crying, anxiety, irritability, or misery. Depression can be overwhelming; the medication eases this, thank goodness!

antidepressants enabled me to think clearly, they enabled me to gain some real benefit out of counselling so I could deal with some issues that were part of the root cause of the depression to begin with. They aren't by any means the total answer to depression, but they sure helped me alot.

my aunt was on it when my great grandma passed away and even before that bc she was so upset. basically what it did was make her normal again. she wasnt anxious and anti social anymore but sometimes like at my grandmas funeral she lacked emotion in front of others and kept it to herself until she was alone. basically it improves your daily life by making you focus on your life and not the emotions that controled you without the pills. hope this helps. :)

It doesn't "improve" your every day life, it just makes you feel less horrible. It's meant to help you "keep your head above water," and avoid feeling suicidal and whatnot.

Whenever I falter with taking my doses, I always feel worse though.... It's worse to be taking them on and off than to not be taking them at all.
