That's a good question for a Pediatrician.

Try phoning the Health Visitor, District Nurse, Your GP surgery or NHS24? NHS 24's telephone number is 0845 24 24 24. Good luck!! Don't let it go unchecked by a professional. Re his wee toe, don't leave that either. Every time something is wrong with a baby, you must go to the GP, never let it go even if they forget, you insist on at least speaking to someone.

I'd suggest you take him back to the GP, iron tends to make faeces darker not lighter, pale stools can be a sign of jaundice. Take a sample with you for them to see (you can get a pot from the surgery) but they probably wont be able to get that sample tested, they like it 'fresh', unless you can make an appointment the same day

White faeces can be symptomatic of numerous medical conditions. It may indictate liver problems so I suggest that you contact your family doctor as soon as possible for a thorough screening. It maybe a good idea to take a stool specimen along so that it can be sent for analysis. Hope this helps.

White faeces is a sign of jaundice which again may indicate a number of liver conditions. Got to see a GP straightaway.

He could have hepatitis--get a stool sample and schedule a visit to the doctor.
