Plain pasta is fine in very small amounts for dogs, but I would strongly discourage you feeding this to your dog as his main source of food or in large quantities.
It has no nutritional value, and dogs are meat eaters they need LOTS of protein. More protein and veggies than carbs. Just like people!

It's just a lot of carbs without any real nutritional content. It's not particularly bad for you, but you need to balance it with fruits and vegetables--don't go and eat nothing but noodles all day.
Edit: Oh... if you're asking about a dog, i wouldn't do it. THey are carnivores and don't process complex carbohydrates well. Their digestive tract isn't made for it. Stick with dog food.

No it is not healthy. Noodles are pure grain/starch. Dogs do not have the ability to process grains. You are setting yourself up for all kinds of medical problems like allergies, etc.
DON'T FEED YOUR DOG GRAINS!
Dogs are CARNIVORES- MEAT EATERS! Would you feed noodles to a Lion, Tiger, Wolf, etc? NO- so don't feed it to your dog!!

no noodles for dogs :-) give them fresh meat and veges. look up the sites that give suggestions with good home cooked meals. noodles will do nothing, just like us if we lived on them - we all need our vitamins and nutrients.

Dogs don't need people food, and they really don't need extra starch, because it will get them fat. A little won't hurt, but why get the habit started, when simply dry dog food will usually be OK.
