I have a stomache problem that is actually causing me not to be able to take in food. It is called gasteroperasis. I have been to specialists and had numerous testing done and they say its not it, but i have done my own research and am 99.9% that is what it is. I can drink gatorade and it makes me feel ok and take a zantac to help with not feeling hungry. I know that if you drink only gatorade that your muscles will start to go before the fat, but what if i was working out at night doing crunches and easy things like that with weights and walking every day. Ultimatly how much gatorade would i have to drink to be able to lose weight and yet not burn muscle and just fat? Please look at http://dietfacts.com/html/nutrition-facts/gatorade-thirst-quencher-any-flavor-average-8-ounces-11108.htm for nutrition information of any gatorade product (that is the standard 8oz of gatorade, but it is the same for all the flavors i like) please respond soon.

Your body can process the sugar in gatorade into enough protien to maintain muscle mass. You would be starving yourself. You need to find something your stomach can handle like Protien drinks from GNC.
