You should eat until you're not feeling hungry. But remember sometimes your body can sometimes make you think you're hungry but you're actually thirsty. So remember to keep your water intake often.
Also when you eat, make sure you're eating healthy foods and balancing out your intake of neccessities. Exercise won't do much if you're not getting the fuel to keep it going in the right direction. Proteins are essential. Also if you are ever planning strenuous exercise, you'll most likely need some healthy carbs in order to keep your body stable during that time.
The main thing is about balance. You should forget about numbers. As long as you follow your body's signals on a healthy diet and exercise regimen, your body will cooperate with you and results will follow. Fixating on numbers can lead to stress and neglect of your body's needs.
Also if possible, you should eat 5-6 times a day rather than 3 times. But remember, the more you increase your meals the less you should eat within each. The more meals you eat the more likely your body will release fat knowing it'll be fed.
Everyone's body is different. Listen to what yours has to say.

Start a gentle exercise program. First week, do five pullups, ten push ups and ten situps every day. Next week, increase it by one or two per day. At the same time, start walking a mile at a brisk pace. After a week, increase it to a mile and a half. By the end of two months, you should be at 20-30 pull ups, 30-40 push ups and 30-40 situps. You should be able to walk 3 miles in an hour. If you don't increase your food intake too much, you will increase your muscle tone and lose the flab. But don't get involved with protein supplements, acai berries, fad diets, or any other junk weight loss stuff. Just increase your activity and eat a balanced diet.

I would suggest doing some weightlifting because those 7 kg could be muscle as well as fat.
