As you have good grammar then I think you just need more confidence. I agree that you just need to practise speaking English more. As you get more confidence you'll become more fluent and when you're talking don't worry about if it is perfect or not just say what you're thinking.
I'd also recommend reading British or American newspapers and articles on the internet for example www.bbc.co.uk so that you can learn how native speakers express themselves.
Good luck and don't worry!

You attain fluency in a language the same way you attain excellence in playing a sport or musical instrument -- you must use the language. This means, you must speak to other people. You cannot be fluent in a language by listening, just as you cannot be excellent in a sport by watching. However, you can watch TV, videos, or film and try to imitate words and phrases you find difficult. But, in the end, you must converse with other friends and correct each other with regard to pronunciation and grammar. Good luck to you.

sure for certain. And it's the pleasant feasible time to make any person bilingual. Children gain knowledge of language knowledge way more with ease earlier than eight years of age than at some other time. If you desire the little one to be flawlessly fluent in English and Portuguese, inspire each up to feasible. But check out to not combine the languages while you use them. Use one or the opposite, so it's less complicated to differentiate.

at least you know the grammar part. Because you know grammar, it will be easier to become fluent. Just lots and lots of practice.
