There must be error in those III or OOO cuz its a capital "I" (i) and it's small "l" (L) they look same or in "O" or "0" impoart it into ms word and change it's case means change all alphabets so it will reveal what the real alphabet is!.

The letter o's are actually zeroes. But that's the only answer!
I saw this on a myspace bulletin and it took my a while but eventually I did figure it out!

I believe in its original incarnation the "Os" were zeros. It has been retyped so many times though that the original quirk has been lost, and in this format, there is no error.

I would say that the w looks like 6 v's instead of 3 w's... but that is just my guess
