Hard to believe the answers above. Not a single sentence is correct.
First one:
Will a neatly written essay score significantly differentLY from a...'
'Significantly' is an adverb, modifying 'differentLY', which in turn modifies the predicate 'will score'.
Second one:
Will a neatly written essay RECEIVE A significantly different [Yes, different here] score from that of...'. As originally written, the first part of the sentence uses 'score' as a verb while the second half uses it as a noun. Adding the verb 'receive' makes 'score' into a noun, and now it must be modified by an adjective, so it is 'different' in this case.
Third one:
Incorrect - fits models above. Two choices:
Will a female reader GIVE A significantly different score from that of...' OR
Will a female reader score significantly differentLY than a male reader?

The "Will a neatly written essay score significantly different from that of a sloppily written essay?" is correct.
I suggest the second one will be "Will a female reader score significantly different than a male reader?"
These are just suggestions.
