By the way I have been using hand weights - I don't have bingo wings, the circumference of my arms is just out of proportion with the rest of me!

This difficult to explain, however, I will give it a go! It's an specific exercise for your arms. Stand, feet about 1ft apart, take your head back, arms out straight at the back of you. Turn your palms up, thumbs sticking out, relax your shoulders and gently try to get your thumbs to touch, they won't of course, its just how your meant to do them. The higher and straighter you can get your arms the quicker it will get them to work. Do 100 repetitions. Slowly bring arms down. Do once a day. You'll notice a difference in a week! Good luck and I hope it helps?

Sounds like it might be something genetic, you just store fat there because that's the way you are. You can try doing all sorts of arm exercises with dumbbells but some people just have large upper arms and unless you lose weight from your whole body it might not go from your arms.

Weights. Lifting tins of baked beans if you don't want to fork out for some small weights, can surprisingly banish those bingo wings!

Ohhhh you mean bingo wings??

Arms straight out behind you, and scissor them across each other. Do this for as long as the advert breaks are on for your fav programme for a couple of weeks and you will see a difference - promise :)
