this "growth" is neither sensitive nor painful, just becoming annoying. It started growing from one of the "bumps" on the areola (the area around the nipple).

Get it checked out... ASAP... by a doctor. It could be cancer !!!

If you have question about it, do have it looked at by a health professional, especially since it is currently growing.

Those of us who use our breasts to nurse our babies can become very aware of "extra" milk ducts in spots other than than
the central nipple. I personally have heard of them being as far away as the armpit where milk leaks out.

If you are pregnant, your breasts are developing too, enlarging and puffing out.
If you are a new mom, it might be good to know that some women have inverted nipples (they don't stick-out) It may
be helpful to have assistance when you first start nursing, but
your baby's sucking will help to draw them out where they can
be reached.and made use of.
