She has just had pups, and she is thirsty and shivering, even when the house is warm.
she cannot move and is yelping when we touch her back boobs or leg. What is this, and how can i help her????

Take her to the vet immediatley. She is in shock and possibly has any number of life threatening issues. Eclampsia.. Pyometria, retained placenta or dead pup, mastitis. This is an emergency and she will die with out vet care. GO NOW! If she can't get up... tell the vet to check her blood levels for eclampsia.

She needs to get checked out by the vet. She may be in shock from the birthing process.

Could be an infection in her mammary glands, could be a complication from the birthing. She needs to see a vet immediately.

TAKE HER TO THE VETS IMMEDIATELY.
IF HER GLANDS HURT SHE CAN HAVE AN INFECTION AND THE PUPS SHOULDN'T BE MURSNG.
SHE MAY HAVE A PUP STUCK
SHE COULD BE IN SHOCK
OR A NUMBER OF OTHER PROBLEMS

pup is probably stuck in birth canal,,,,, GET TO VET IMMEDIATELY... and spay your pet if she survives your irresponsibilities
