have a salad with garden veggies, grilled fish, chicken or lean meat, put olive oil and vinegar on it, a little grated parmesan. tea, coffee or a glass of skim milk, a bottle of water and a 4oz low-sugar yogurt, pudding or an apple/pear.
If you eat like this for lunch every day, you will pack in the nutrients, fiber and liquids that your body needs, and may see a drop in pounds too.
