Lump near armpit?

I have been playing lots of computer games lately and often strain my right armpit.

And I found this small lump near it today. Is it something serious?

You must go to a doctor or teh hospital to check it out. It may be nothing, but you can't risk not to check it.

Could be 100s of things, the only option for a clear diagnosis is a trip to the vet.

It could be an enlarged lymph node. if it gets worse or last more than a week - have it checked
