Melody I am so sorry for your loss at any age this is never and easy thing to go through.

Please don't give up.... Your mom would not have wanted you to isolate yourself like this. I know, I'm a mom and I wouldn't want my children to do that..... I would want them to live their life to the fullest. To show the world what I have taught them.

Please find a support group for people grieving for a loved one. There might even be one for those who have lost a parent.

Also Please consider talking to your doctor. A course of antidepressants may help you considerably.

People do care about and for you. I know I do.

I don't know how old you are now, but if you are young the loss of your mother may take you longer not to feel the loss like you are doing now. Maybe if there is a support group at the area hospital you could go to that or you could join a group on-line here in Yahoo.
Good luck and I hoped this helps.

PS I lost my father when I was 8 and it still is bothering me.
PPS I belong to a liver transplant group here in yahoo as I had a liver transplant well over 3 years ago.

i ask your self what your damaging mom might think of if she observed you presently. it incredibly is an exceptionally unhappy and tragic ingredient that she gave up the ghost. and of direction you permit out her. yet I positioned this forward to you: quite of wallowing in self pity and misery and destroying your life interior the approach i might project you to place all your potential into starting to be the guy your mom may well be pleased with. you could no longer replace the indisputable fact that your mom is long gone. you could replace the way you look at your life and how you handle it. It sounds to me that with the aid of your habit you're unquestionably turning your back on your mom. it incredibly is a actual shame. the 1st ingredient you could desire to do is settle on you certainly need to advance your life. Then comes the annoying section. you could desire to tell a depended on grownup approximately your drug use and get into medical care so as which you would be able to alter into finished returned. it is basically no longer person-friendly. you're at a crossroads on your life. Take the straightforward highway and don't something to renounce your downward spiral and you would be homeless, in reformatory or ineffective. Take the annoying course and after a while of annoying paintings your life will start to advance. I promise. no longer something comes person-friendly or devoid of annoying paintings. in case you could no longer now try this for your self, then do it on your mom. She may well be proud interior the top.

I vote for the Queen. She said exactly my thoughts. Your mom would want you to HONOR HER by living your life. Seek help and talk to someone. It can do a world of good. Her time here is done, YOUR TIME IS NOW.
Get a journal and write it out. It can be very therapeutic. Go to church and seek the free help available with a priest or pastor.

They want to help you too. Most Christians and people of other faiths as well actually actively look around them every day for the oppurtunity to help someone that God has put on their path.

That's why i'm here and so many others as well. God bless.

I sincerely feel very sorry. But you should gain confidence by all means. It is life and you should face it. Talk with your good friends, family and spend your time with them. Don't be alone. Try not to over stress yourselve otherwise. Gradually you will come over it and lead a good life. Your mother also wants you to be happy and in good charm.
