I seem to be on a diet everyday.
I don't have weight watchers tips, but here is a few things i do.
When the chocolate craving is really bad and that one square is not enough light a chocolate smelling candle, I find it can be sooo sweet smell that the craving for chocolate soon disappears.
I freeze green seedless grapes and have them as snacks
I never go to the supermarket hungry, I make sure I have gum in my Bag at all times
I try and eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day,
I drink a cup of water before every meal. Not a large glass.
The one thing i did find helped me was to have my bigger meal of the day at lunch time instead of dinner tea.
Hope something here helps.
Good luck

Whilst I agree that the concept of Weight Watchers is a good idea I think the amount it costs on a weekly / monthly basis is a rip off.
I have lost 6 stones in 10 months by eating healthily and exercise, no Weight Watchers or Slimming World in sight. There is no quick fix to losing weight and it has to be done for you and not to please others. The bottom line is it is all down to willpower. Weight Watchers can only work out the points in the food you eat, it's up to you to not over indulge.

I have to say that I never really rated Weight Watchers. I signed with them last year, stuck to the diet faithfully and my weight only ever fluctuated within 4 lbs, I was advised to try Slimming World and I lost weight much more easily.

Once a week have a treat - I always used to do it after the weigh in, that way you have a whole week to work it back off again. And if you're going to drink alcohol make it vodka and diet coke, you'll get absolutely sick of it but it makes the world of difference!

Im exactly the same, signed up for the 2nd time, but ahve already fallen off the wagon. The first time I did really well but I think you need to give yourself at least a month until your body and mind starts getting used to it.
This time I lasted 2 weeks....must get back on it....

Yes, well watch the portion of food you eat along with calorie intake. Exercise moderately and remember lifting weights gains muscles and muscle wieghs more than fat.

Exercise regularly and treat youself a few times a week.
Buy something you like but can portion control and allow yourself it a few times a week.
Or find a low-fat or no sugar/reduce kj substitute for a favourite meal. That way you can still enjoy your food.
I find that if i deprive myself its a sure fire way to meltdown!
