Yes, there's a type of lens from Acuvue that makes your eye ball look bigger and therefore your eyes look bigger..
It's Acuvue Define.. It's available in Singapore, but not sure whether they have it where you are from though.. It comes in black and brown..
Check out this site.. http://www.acuvue.com.sg/products/av1_define.html

I've used it before.. Really cool.. But of course it's more expensive compared to normal ones..
I personally find that my eyes a "opened" a little bigger when I wear contact lenses rather than when not wearing..
Give it a try.. Get a trial pair.. www.acuvue.com

well, if you are a myope you have big eyes as that is the main reason for having myopia. but they dont look bigger when you are wearing glasses which are concave lenses , and concave lenses minify the image and eyes look smaller when you are wearing the glasses,

When you wear contact lenses, eyes look their original size and in myopes they are big and they look bigger,

Pupils, well they are slightly bigger again in myopes and naturally they are more prominent when you wear contact lenses, so to answer your question , contacts dont make eye look bigger, myopic eyes are basically big and you lose the minifying effect of glasses when you dont wear them.

It is as simple as that.
