I have always said I am atheist. I will always say I am atheist. I'm not ashamed to be an atheist, and I do not fear the wrath of the fundies either. To me, that is just another reason not to be a theist.

Atheism. You know it makes sense.

I'm agnostic, and when I was younger, I would say that I was still Christian. When I got into high school, though, I started being honest, and as people accepted me, I became more comfortable with myself. I don't think I've lied past sophomore year, if that late. I'm 18 now, and perfectly fine saying I'm agnostic.

I will admit that I actively lie to one pair of grandparents (the ones with the heart conditions and the big ol' honking picture of Jesus in the living room). And I tend to demur when asked at work, but promotions and raises seem to be doled out roughly in order of how much you talk about church.

Is this a trick question, if its not it is pretty stupid. What possible reason would an Atheist have to pretend to be brain dead?

Athiests are proud of being immoral and stupid. Its pretty pathetic, its like they want to be "rebels" Hey guys im athiest hhhehehehe i dont respect anything. Watch when their family gets killed or something terrible happens, will they use science and logic to regain hope? I dont think so, spoiled brats.

Me never, I would be deeply embarrassed if anyone thought I was a Christian or any other brand of theist.

I wouldn't.

When I was younger, I told my grandmother that I didn't believe in God. Her response was, "You can't TELL people that." Hmmm....makes me wonder. My catholic grandmother has always gone to church, but maybe she thinks it's a bunch of garbage, too.
