I am 19 years old and have never had a boyfriend in my life. It is not like i am hideous either. I am attracted to guys, but I am terrified of commitment. My problem is that I can have a crush on a boy, but when i find out that he is actually interested in me as well, i immediately lose interest. Am i going to be single for the rest of my life??? Andd, if i did have the opportunity to get a boyfriend, I would be so embarrassed to tell him that I have never had one before in my life. Would you think there was something wrong with a girl who told you that she has never had a boyfriend before? This is just another excuse I use to block myself from relationships

I was alot like u. I am 25 and still have not had a boyfriend. I too am not hideous but I just am not going to go out with someone for the sake of going out. I have found a few that have come close but i have found out that life is too short to get tied up with stuff like that. Shure it is nice to have some one there but then u have to start asking permission to do things and stuff like that and I am too indipendant to do that. I just think if it is ment to happen it will. there is no reson to go after someone who is fake or not what u really want.

You'll find a guy who will treat you great as who is in the same boat as you. Commitment is a serious thing and definitely not something to rush into. You won't be single for the rest of your life. When you find this guy it'll be worth the wait. Don't be embarrassed by telling a guy he's your first boyfriend. It'd probably make him feel special.

If you keep thinking of yourself that way, you will remain this way for a long time until something hard hits you.
its not an embarrassment to not have a bf until this age.
I had a bf when i was 20. he was the most wonderful man ever. But we walk out separate ways, but still remain to be friends.
If you like this guy, and you know he likes you too, then you lose interest. That is a good way to get rid of all the guys in your life.
But if this is not what you want, then you have to HAVE CONFIDENCE in yourself.

It's normal to not have a boyfriend at your age. It's ok to be not ready to be in a relationship, but you've gotta try and open your heart to other people in the future. Although it seems like everyone in the world is in some kind of relationship by the time they are 16 or younger, don't get influenced by them though, play by your heart and choose the one you like best. it is strange and that i do no longer like it i hate it while females date men two times there age, now theres no females left for the different 19 year olds don't be egocentric and he probabley in basic terms says to all his pal "inspect this 19yr previous babe i 'm rooting"
