With the belief that i am going to get a highest score in my university, I've been preparing for it for nearly half a year.

In those days of belief and hardworks, the answers to the questions which i came across in my study, provided by alllllll of you in the forum, without question, is a contributing factor to my improvement in English.

You're confusing the words "work" and "works." You should say, "Now it's time to harvest the fruit of my hard work." I love the imagery. The word "works" is used in the following manner: "I saw many magnificent WORKS of art in the museum;." Keep studying. You're doing very well.

If you mean your test is on June 21st, you should say "in ten days" rather than "ten days later".
