depends what you mean by strange. we use a medication called adenosine to slow down a heart rate if it's too fast. one of the side effects of adenosine is it can cause a "pause" in the heartbeat- where a person literally flatlines for a few seconds. sometimes this is accompanied by a sensation of impending doom in the patient. i had one patient terrified by this sensation- he thought he was going to die.

malaria tablets, i dont remmeber the name but it makes u vomit continously...even if u hav an empty stomach u still puke air,need to take another one to reduce that feeling
or did u mean some other type of drugs?
