Im sorry to tell you that there is no such word as "improvmental"
Can you give us the correct word please?
Improv lessons? Improv exams?
Improvement ? as in improved (medical,intellectual, physical, legal etc) condition examinations?

improve mental exams? and what is your idea of a Mental exam??? i think All exams involve some thinking... well, some ways:
1. enough sleep
2. exercise
3. proper nutrition--less junk food
4. write bold print terms a few times to improve memory
5. self-discipline to do homework
6. pay attention and take notes/participate during class/lectures
