flan is real yummy.. too good !
I think your naughty tongue ate my flan and its now showing up in the avatar as though saying 'See there is no flan in my mouth. Its just red and hot'

I love it! Here's a recipe
CAJETA FLAN
8 large eggs
1/4 cup of vanilla
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cajeta (goat's milk caramel)
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons water
In a sauce pan mix sugar and water until sugar becomes caramelized and then pour into a mold. In a blender, mix the rest of the ingridients and pour into mold.
Cover mold and place in a large pot and steam. Place in a conventional oven at 350 degrees until flan is firm in the middle.

i'm a horrible mexican!!! i must be the only one in the world that doesn't like flan =( i tried to change, i really did. but i don't eat sweets such as flan, cakes, cup cakes and candy. i'm so weird!!
