i recentley downloaded a music video from limewire. i forgot to save it. did it automatically save to my computer? and where

uh what? OK I DOWNLOADED SYSTEM OF THE DOWNS CHOP SUEY LIVE. AND I DIDNT SAVE IT. DID IT AUTOMATICALLY SAVE???

Go to Tools, Options, Saving and the default path is C:\ Documents & Settings...
You should always make a folder for this (Saving/sharing) so that this is all that's shared...otherwise you are sharing all of My Documents & Settings with the world!!!

Limewire is good software i still use it to this day. I really like Limewire, I'm actually an avid user of it. If I want to download a music file I use Limewire always. If you are looking for a good peer to peer software to download music, softwares/programs and videos you should get limewire too.
It's a safe and reliable pogram but like all peer to peer program you have to be careful of what you are donwloading from it. It does not matter what P2P program you use, you always have to be cautious about what you download.
Don't use torrents/downloads from other sites, they might be backdoored.

you can always use F3 to search for the file, of course you'll have to know the name or a part of it

check your library on limewire it should still be there.
