Can you help me write a rejection letter to a trainee who didn't passed the program?

"Dear so-and-so,

We regret to inform you that you failed to complete the required tests to pass the program. We find that these tests are good because blah blah blah, and we hope you re-apply next year (unless you hope they don't)."

Be courteous and to the point. People don't like rejection...but it happens to us all.

Okay. The important thing is how you frame your response.
You'll want to focus on the positive aspects of the trainee's service to the company. Then you'll want to talk about how the process of selecting people for the position was so difficult. At that point, you'll say that "I'm sorry to inform you that you were not among those selected" or some such thing. Then you'll want to wish the person every success and hope that they do well and what not. There's a skill to this sort of thing.

You'll definitely want to use spell and grammar check because your query is problematic in and of itself.

No, why should we do your job for you. My guess is that your obviously not qualified as you cannot do your job.

Oh, and it's "a trainee who didn't pass the program", not "a trainee who didn't passed the program". Obviously "the program" wasn't one that involved English.

Don't you have a standard form letter for that? He/she can't be the first one that didn't pass the program.
