I have recently met a boy who I really like. However, there is this other boy who I have been talking on the phone with since January (on and off) . How do I tell this other boy that I have found a boyfriend without hurting his feelings?

Why on the phone? Long distance. I know you will not like the answer (i like my cake too) just be honest. If he is, a long distance "interest", he will understand that nothing is quite like being there in the flesh.
Besides, hes a guy. You don't really thing your the only one he talks to? Right.
