What does it mean when I talk in my sleep?

A lot of times when I have sleepover's with friends, in the morning they keep on saying that I was talking in my sleep.And I know they aren't playing a joke because every friend that I've ever had at a sleepover has said that I talked in my sleep.Even family member's notice it.For the past year I have been saying my crush who likes me back's name.What does this mean?

When you sleep, your subconscious mind takes over. This is a good thing, because during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, you work out a lot of things you conscious brain can't handle. Talking in your sleep is no big deal. Don't worry about it.

Don't worry, I always talk in my sleep! I usually do when Im sleep deprived or if I am really anxious about something. My sister is the same.

It means your spirt it's very talkative. and you are subconsicly talking to died family members or died friends you won't meet til you die. Don't worry a lot of people do it. My sisters both talkin their sleep ,i sleep walk it's normal. it's all part of your sub-conius mind, and your spirt, your good spirt, not the bad spirt, of the other realm, or hell
