anything with a high content of a natural oil in it. Mayonnaise , olive oil , or smashed avocado are the best to use. You need to keep it in your hair as long as possible to get the most extreme treatment. Usually a stylist will advise you to put it in your hair in the evning with a shower cap and a towel wrapped around to add some heat for the hair folicles to open up and then just wash in the morning. That way you have it in for at least 8 to 12 hours. This can be done about once every week or every other week to ease dry tresses. Happy hunting!

For your hair and skin GARNIER products really work. I used the conditioner with Walnut Oil and Peach Leaf and my hair is very heavy and they become really soft.
