If you want to learn how to dance then find someone that can dance and have them give you pointers so you look good. If not practice in front of a mirror and don't get caught by your siblings unless they will be a help. Look around at the party and see who's dancing and how and then copy someone you think looks good. You have to start somewhere and girls luv guys that dance. Go for it.

No just relax be yourself. Let the music guide you. I find that a lot of guys that I have danced with have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I don't really focus on that honestly. I mean we talk and have a great time. I actually find that it is kinda cute when guys have two left feet. What ever you do just be yourself and generally when you are talking to girls remember to listen and always stay interested.

don't just grind into her....let her position herself in front of you and then you can do your thing....just follow what she is doing if she is not in the bumping and grinding mood
