yeah you nailed it. They like emotional roller coaster rides. They like excitement, suspense, anticipation, and, of course, the wonderful feeling that accompanies a new relationship. This would explain why many of them are "serial daters." Girls who we commonly refer to as "teases" are just women addicted to attention, and in some cases also the power rush they get from being in complete control of the poor guy's they toy with. Anyway, emotions are a way for the girl to get a "high," through pure body chemistry changes that accompany different feelings, but any rollercoaster has its ups and downs. Being the emotional creatures they are, women are naturally more attracted to men who make them feel. Men who cannot or do not communicate (both verbally and nonverbally) with women on this level are much less effective in their efforts to attract women. They don't "push her buttons." Personally, I think there are many women out there who don't really try (consciously) to create drama, but the types of men they are attracted to in some cases just happen to be the ones who would produce the most drama (guys who cheat, are jerks, are abusive, etc). In other words, the qualities that attract women just happen to exist mainly in these kinds of guys, but there are good guys too who just know what they're doing and know how to get women.
On the other hand, I am led to believe that while girls claim they don't like drama, the possibility of creating drama must play some role in their attraction for men, or is at least a by-product of it. For instance, women are subconsciously more attracted to men who are already taken by another woman, because it shows social proof and that the guy is "in demand." This sets the stage for women fighting over men, and explains one reason why it might appear that women are after drama. However, we would also expect the winner of this competition (the woman who gets the man) to WANT high publicity, as a way of displaying her attractiveness to other members of society, including other men she might possibly want to mate with in the future. This would be a way of maintaining social status, a woman's primary concern, so drama could serve sort of as a means to an end. I haven't actually read this anywhere, but it is my own theory on the matter. Of course, throughout the process men have the very same interests in mind (maintaining social status, and ensuring that they secure the best mating partner possible for the reproduction and survival of their own genes). So, whether or not drama is bad is a more difficult question to answer, but I see it just an adaptation to enhance an individual's reproductive "fitness."

I think that you are right, with an exception. Not all women like drama. The truly mature ones don't. The truly mature women figure that anyone who wants to act like that needs to grow up and figure things out. I for one am one of those. So there you have it. There are more than 1 kind of emotions, you know. Try out a few of the better ones, the ones that go beyond instant gratification.

YES! Some like it more than others, and some are just queens of all drama. However, there are alot that would rather do without the drama. Woman in general are usually more emotional than men by nature... regardless if it's noticable or not, they all just have it in them. It's not a negative, it's just what its - life!
Also, I agree that it keeps them into you... it's just a matter of circumstances and the type of drama we're talking here... if it attracts her, she'll be more interested, of course, right?

First of all, we do not ALL know this is true. I'm sorry that all the women you know like it. Maybe you should consider some new friends, or dating a different type of woman. Good luck!

i think that may be true... to an extent (and it's not just women). i think people just don't like to be caught up in the same routine & like to shake it up a little bit. so, i guess boredom would be another reason.
