It's still water either way...why would temperature make a difference? Most people prefer cold water because it's more refreshing.
Add some fresh berries and Voila! you have (somewhat) flavored water that's healthy because it has berries.

I think its better to drink water thats between room temperature and cold water. I have a very high metabolism so i usually feel any effects right away. Usually when i drink cold water after eating my meal i feel that my food isnt really helping right away and i kinda feel a knot in my stomach. When i drink room temperature water i feel way comfortable and i usually feel the surge of energy soon whereas with cold water it takes a little bit more time. It feels like it slows down my stomach and doesnt feel that great. Although cold water feels more refreshing since its cold and wakes you up a little. When you are supposed to make pasta youre supposed to put it in hot water and not in cold water and heat it up. I have wondered abt my theory being right or not but i think i might be since i do have a very high metabolism and i can say the effects because i process food faster so i feel the effects faster too.

Room temperature water; cold water gives the body a shock (think of jumping into an ice-filled stream). In fact, people in Germany never add ice to their drinks, saying it is bad for the stomach.
Of course, cold feels better on a hot day.

As long as you drink ENOUGH, the temperature doesn't matter much; since cold water certainly tastes better, I would think it would be better since it encourages people to drink enough.

the respond is not one of the above. The physique will heat chilly ingesting water (or room temperature water for that count,) to the temperature of the physique, employing a splash extra potential in doing so. it is going to additionally cool heat ingesting heat water to physique temperature. there's a perceptible earnings if the physique is already in intense temperatures; ingesting some thing heat will make somebody sense warmer swifter or be perceived as comforting if the physique is chilled. The opposite is genuine with chilly water. in case you're warm, chilly water will sense extra fresh. Room temperature water seems to a pair human beings as being the main flavorful.
