What you should do is go to Wal-Mart or a beauty supply store and purchase what is called a pumice stone. It looks like a rock but it's more than that. There are several products or foot scrubs you can use,it really doesn't matter, to help remove the hard dead skin from your feet[ that's what it is in essence].

Once you purchase these,go home soak your feet in warm water for about 5 minutes.Dry them off and apply the foot scrub, use your pumice stone to sort of sand the area down. After about 5-10 minutes of this soak your feet again, dry them off and voila! Softer feet! Good Luck!

This will sound crazy, but it works. Apply some good lotion to your feet, wrap them in Saran Wrap and sleep in socks. The plastic wrap traps the moisture into the skin. Might want to get a good pedicure first, and then try this at least twice a week. A podiatrist told me this trick.

When in the shower, use a pumice stone (available at local drug store) on them. Also helps to soak your feet in a tub of salt water (sea salts) then use the pumice stone. Apply a heavy moisturizer before you go to bed (wear socks so the sheets don't get slimy), and use a light moisturizer during the day.
