Well you don't have to come out and say it. Show your love through actions (not sexual)...drop hints...but the ball is basically in her court. If she brings up the subject, feel free to discuss it, but until then...saying it directly can only mess up a friendship...unless she breaks up with him...in that case, sieze the opportunity!

Well, lets start out with... YOU DONT!
How would you feel to have someone invade your territory?? There are too many 'fish in the sea' to stress over one person, especially since theres obviously already a serious bond between 'him/her' with someone else, no matter how much good or bad you see of that relationship, dont waste your time. Move on. its true you know... what goes around comes back around. My best advise is to back off. You will find that feeling with someone else soon again.. someone single. trust me ;)

If they are engaged, you keep your feelings to yourself. Telling the person will only cause someone hurt.

You walk up to them and say 'I really like you'. Then they reply 'I'm engaged'. You pull a sad face and walk away looking like a muppet. If it sounds like fun go for it. I'd say that you are a glutton for rejection though.

There are plenty of guys/girls out there that would be good as him/her that will match with you. So why would you want to break someone's relation when they're happy with theirs. If you tell him/her, you just breaking everyone's heart.

You don't. If going to the wedding is painful then don't go and break off the friendship. They obviously want to be with some one else, you need to honor their marriage. Marriage is never easy and you don't need to make it harder.

well you should try to find out if she really like this person if she doesn't then try to convince her that you are the one,if she still doesn't want to leave the guy then you move on.mabe later she'll regret what she did.
