In Science, "proof" is nothing, EVIDENCE is EVERYTHING!
Please do NOT oversell. ... 'Proof' is NOT in the article.
Science has lots of EVIDENCE - It should be presented as such for the credibility of all - especially *you*.

I know that was not a question. However, I do have an answer.
That article, just confirms the fact that there is no way that anyone can determine scientifically, how old the Earth is. They change there minds whenever someone comes along who thinks they know more than the last guy, who thought he knew everything.
There's no one around, that was here to see how it all started, to tell us about it. So, I'll just take the word of the one whose word, I've never found fault in. My Lord and my God, Jesus.

According to my good friend, a many-times published professor of theroetical physics at a university here in Asia where I live, has told me the same thing the article on string theory says. According to him, scientists are confident about their knowledge up to a few nano-seconds right before the big bang. At that point, explanation comes to a standstill because they haven't devised ways to carry it back further, or because they need to reinterpret what they are seeing and what it implies.

Oh man! My faith has just been shattered. What do I do now?
String Theory has been out for decades and does NOT prove or disprove anything. In fact, many scientists and physicists agree that the String Theory brings them back right around to the same point they started with. Many scientists are now beginning to withdraw from supporting the theory that has so many loopholes in it. Check this UNBIASED and more recent scientific article from a major leading university:

Keep trying. You continue to make us creationists look great!

i've been trying to explain that bit to people on here but they won't buy it. i say it at least once a day.
oh-and i actually learned this in high schoool, which was oh...6 years ago now.

There is a very good reason it is called a THEORY and not a FACT - think about it.
Besides, even Einstein himself argued with a professor that God does, in fact, exist and used SCIENCE to state his case.

Exactly what are you trying to save us from? Like it is impossible for you to save us from anything. Why do you care what we believe or what we don't believe? Or is it you are fighting the truth?

science can't prove or disprove God's existance, because God transcends this universe.
btw, I believe that God caused the Big Bang and evolution. God bless.

This is proof that we are eternal. That the universe has always existed and always will as the scriptures teach. The scientist that wrote this must be a Christian.

Honestly, theories don't PROVE anything. And you're almost as bad as people who try to convince Atheists to become Christian. No matter what you say it's not going to convince anyone.
