For whatever reason, you're being Friend Guy. If you have romantic intentions, let her know right off. It's almost impossible to go from friend to boyfriend. Don't be so nice, be a little more assertive in the let's go hang out department.

ahhhh the "friend zone".. what an awful place to be :(

let me just say, my boyfriend was single for 6 years before he and i got together.. (he was 25)... and he was put in the friend zone a lot.

there isn't anything wrong with you, you're just going after the wrong girls.

the most important thing is to get your intentions in line. Do you WANT another girl friend? or do you want a girlfriend?
The one for sure sign a girl is not interested in you is if she talks to you about another guy.. if she doesn't do that, you have a chance. You sort of have to prevent it from becoming a "friendship".. the moment you sense she's uninterested you need to leave her alone - for your sake.

don't get stuck in the friendzone :)

When you say in your profile that you're "jsut about to come out of the closet," you mean as BI, not gay? (That usage is new to me!)
Anyway, seeing you being "flirtyr" around other girls, let alone other guys, is a sure way to convince her that you don't want to be more than friends with her.

Getting to know her, ask her out, then get to know her
