Been there and done that. Even if it's family and friends , get rid of them all. Get rid of all the negative drama, even if you have to move. Life is short and wonderful. I just get annoyed anymore with so much friggin drama with the same people. They love it I guess b/c they are always in it. I choose to stay away. I am a very positive person and want to stay that way. Life is much better for me because I choose to ignore it. Good Luck My Friend!!!! :D

If you can't get away from the negative situations because you have no control over them (like in the people you love or your job) then try just willing yourself to remember positive things that have happened to you or you would like having happen to you for a period of time every day so your mood will improve.

A depressed mood leads to negative thinking and that leads to more depression. Just being depressed seems to make any situation seem negative. If you can get that old happy mood back things (all things) will begin to appear brighter. Would you believe it even the war news on TV begins to seem easier to stomach if you dismiss it as being done by a few ridiculous people. You start ignoring it. It becomes immediately unimportant to you.

I hope this helps. good luck, good health, peace and love!

Change your thoughts.

Find the good in the negative.

Remember what you focus on gets bigger... so if you focus on the negative, that gets bigger. If you focus on the good, that gets bigger.
