Morals are a means to promote a survival mechanism that is inherent in us all. So the objective moral truth could be seen ultimately of survival of oneself and survival of the society.

There are woman who are having there lips cut of there body in some nations. Yeat people say there are not absolute morals. There are babie that are being burned alive and yeat you say there are no absolute morals. The truth is morals are a absolute in every event. You either have morals or you do not have morals. Lieing is a moral choice, lies cause pain and suffering and that is a choice you make in lieing. Stealing has both long term and short term results. It affects many people and causes pain and suffering. Murder is the same, as is slandering a person. All these are moral choices. And all of them have a result that comes about because of a failure of morals on the part of people.

All those things can be moral (or at least more moral than the alternatives) under certain circumstances, you sound kind of ... unimaginative. Justice is not absolute so neither should the law be. The only thing that depresses me about mankind is that it produces people as ignorant as you. I suppose you'd have said the same thing during the prohibition? Now you probably drink like anyone else. You don't sound like you have a mind to think with at all.

There are none. There can be no real objectivity, it is just not possible, therefore all morals are subjective, and therefore open to dispute, argument or rejection. Incest is not a taboo everywhere, that person should do some research. If you are really interested in learning about objectivity vs subjectivity, study some philosophy classes, or read up. I would suggest a thorough research on the subject of epistemology - the subject of knowledge itself and how things are known.

For every action, there is an equal, though not necessarily opposite, reaction.
If I murder someone, they feel the reaction in their loss of life and there's a good chance I bring pain to someone who cares about them.
If I kill someone for a justifiable reason, such as in war, the same applies--I bring pain to someone, even if it's just the person I kill.
If I commit incest, which is the greatest of all human taboos, I cause an emotional reaction in both myself and my partner.
If I smile at a 5-year-old child, I always get a reaction, be it a return smile, or a huge wailing cry.
Like a pebble in a pond, anything and everything I do will have an impact on someone else. Even things I do to myself, such as suicide, will have an impact on someone.

That it is our human right and that every human being deserves respect and justice, no matter how much we may disagree with them or abhor her or his behavior. Of course, you are probably going to say it is subjective and based on who sets the standard about what is/is not just. However, I think there is census world-wide, considering all people's viewpoints, about what justice means. Research from a multitude of cultures on the meaning of justice has been carried out, but I'm out of pocket at the moment and don't have the source to give you.

There are things worse than murder...Treason, Rape, Child Molestation...
I'll hit the idiot knob now...I believe Satanism is the worst of all. It is not akin to atheism. It is a deliberate reversal of the inherent goodness in the Christian faith. It does not exist outside of Christianity. It is a pact with evil to do harm, a festering disease that continues to murder, rape and molest.

That we will reap what we have sewn. Even non-christian religions recognize the law of sewing and reaping. Witches call it the law of threes.

nothing, really. you can't even say murder is always evil.
if you have to kill someone in self defense, it is obviously not evil.
Nietzsche said that the only truth is that there are no truths.
