Hello there, so I am getting a new puppy tomorrow, and I trying to make a list of toys that the puppy would like. (I named him Ollie.) He is a Bichon Shih tzu mix, I was wondering if you guys had any ides of toys that he would like. (Smaller ones.)

They love to play "rope". And love to play with squeaky toys. Also something very hard for them to chew on that will not splinter and hurt them if they swallow it. DO NOT give them chewy things that are make from....like pigs ears...or some other part of a dead animal. It can make them sick. But they do need something to chew on. Rawhide sticks are great. Try to get the ones made in the USA and not China or some other foreign country. You don't know what the heck they use.

Get him some good puppy toys at the pet store. An employee can help you out with that. My favorite toy is Kong...put some wet puppy food in there and freeze it and it will keep him busy for a long time. Some small balls and squeaky toys will be good too. You won't know what kinds of toys he will want until you play with him. You may be his favorite toy.

- a stuffed animal
-tug-of-war toy with handle for you
- a ball with treats that can go into it
-bouncy ball
