I do not know if you mean this as a joke or not, but I have heard more than one preacher state that the King James Bible Translaters chickened out stating that Adam said "flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone" and called her "woman". I've heard that what Adam said in the original manuscripts is more like what you said. Sounds right to me.
I see your answer as being pretty good because
1) God made everything GOOD before man fell into sin.
2) God made EVE FOR ADAM
3) She was PERFECT
4) She was NAKED the first time Adam saw her
5) She was his wife, and he certainly "knew" her. I mean,
after all, sex (yes, intercourse) was GODS IDEA. (between a man and his wife)
