Could they stand for the pledge to the Holy Bible.

I pledge allegiance to the Christian Flag and to the Savior for whose Kingdom it stands. One Savior, crucified, risen, and coming again with life and liberty to all who believe.

I pledge allegiance to the Bible, God's Holy Word, I will make it a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path and will hide its words in my heart that I might not sin against God.

That seems kind of like Idol worshiping to me, isn't it supposed to be a personal relationship? I don't recall Jesus carrying a flag...

A true Christian (such as a Jehovah's Witness) would refuse to pledge allegiance to anything or anyone but Almighty God. The matter of whether or not to simply stand while others pledge is left to the individual to conscientiously decide.

The bible teaches that Jehovah God requires exclusive devotion; that is, he requires that worship and unrestricted allegiance belong to Him alone.

(Exodus 20:5) I Jehovah your God am a God exacting exclusive devotion

(Matthew 4:10) Then Jesus said... ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’

It may be helpful for non-Witnesses to read all of Daniel chapter 3, and note the connections between the ceremony described there and modern pledge of allegiance.

Is that s'posed 2 b a joke???
Our pledge to serve God should be evident by the way we live our lives (in harmony with the principles laid forth in the Bible).
A literal verbal pledge that we recite on a daily basis is pointless, just a mass of words. It wouldn't have any more significance than repeating a prayer (e.g. "Hail Mary" or "Our Father").

I'd imagine that that prayer is protestant and those will be the only Christian denominations standing for it.
