I mean, I am so not gay that I rarely even notice when people around me happen to be. Homosexual behaviors simply do not register in my brain.

I've had someone say to me, "look at that gay guy."
I responded, "why would I want to do that?"

Could it be that the people that complain about seeing homosexuals in public are actually trying to dissuade themselves that they are drawn to it?

I'm done listening to any gay controversy. When a man was quoted as saying "Let my people go!" Perhaps, half carried gay tendencies. So, I feel it's the other half that didn't listen!
There was no 11th Commandment handed down by the man in biblical pictures in a dress, long as some of mine. If you
judge what goes on under one's clothes, Why? The Man is more concerned over ones that may have a tendency to
break The Ten Commandments # ! -10, then having added
one that really matters not to you, just His lambs & Him!

No. I don't complain about homosexuals, but I can profile them pretty well, just as I'm sure people can profile me into some category, which, if the shoe fits....it's just the way humans are. We like similarities as much as we love to point out differences. It's in our nature to be attracted to potential mates, too.

In my psychology courses, there were studies that the more homophobic someone was the more likely they are to be gay. I don't think noticing homosexuals is necessarily homophobic.

No... some gay guys are just really noticeable... (not all though)

Seriously, if you can't even tell that the hair stylist with perfectly styled hair, who talks with a lisp is gay then you must be really dense.

You're lacking "gaydar". And no, not "just closeted or repressed gays" have it.
