What is a good tattoo artist in the Southwestern area of Georgia (Around Albany)?

I just really want a tattoo but I don't feel like paying an arm and a leg for it. I heard there are some really good artists that don't charge much for there services. Any help would be appreciated

if i were in georgia i would RACE to all or nothing (in atlanta-only 3 hours away) to get tattooed.
if you want a cheap tattoo that is not the place to get it but if you want a phenomenal tattoo that you will be proud of for years then they are definitely the place for you.
a tattoo IS forever and you definitely want to make sure that you are getting something worth having for the rest of your life. tattoos are not an area in which you should be cheap.
