Joico K-Pak shampoo & conditioner are the best for dry, damaged hair. The conditioner can be used every day & as a deep conditioning mask.

You really can't repair damaged/bleached hair. Your best bet is a good trim and a deep conditioner. I really like Scruples Moisturex. Saturate your hair in it, sit under a dryer for 20 minutes, then let it cool for an extra 10, then rinse with cool water. Your hair will simply adore you for it.

Ojon restorative hair treatment (sephora.com). It's an oil that washes out easily, you can even use it as a shine serum/conditioner.... you can leave it in overnight... check it out.
