It depends on how light or dark your grey is, and also if it is warm or cool. Orange is hot right now, used in items like textiles, or accessories, or even painted trim. I'd recommend something that will "pop" because grey can become a blah un-color unless popped with a hue that supports it as a wonderful color in itself.
go to a hardware/paint store, and grab some color chips to determine what grey you have if you don't already know the paint number/number. Once you've identified the color , you can make decisions on accent color.

Our downstairs bathroom is grey also. I have accented it with raspberry. For whatever reason those two colors combined look great together.
Next time you're at the store you can pick up some color swatches (free) bring them home and see what looks good with your shade of grey.

For a very contemporary look I would do red. Like a red glass vase on the counter top and a red shower curtain. For something softer go with a blue.
Grays are all different - yours may lean toward blue or purple or green or yellow... take that into consideration when deciding. Green accents with the right kind of gray can look awesome!

I suggest you use a deep red red or go with a deep plum. With the red you can use black, white, or darker grays with the white porclean for a nice warm look. With the plum you can use blue or green with an ivory. Sage and ivory with dark plum is great and calming. You could use different greens with blue for accents.Hope this helps! Best wishes!

This may sound plain, but I really like the gray walls set off by white baseboards, tub, toilet and sink, with black as an accent such as the mirror trim and other accents in the bath.

Is it a light grey or deep grey? If it's light, do light blue. If it's dark, do deep red.
If you want two colors you can do a simple black and white :)
