I have photoshop. Exactly how can I correct the colors to make them a bit better at least? "Auto color" works for some pics but others seem more persistent.

Im going to guess that the reason that they are blue is because you white balance in the camera is not set to the right scene selection. Also, there are many ways of doing it in photoshop. One is using the Hue and Saturation levels. Also there is a thing called color variation thing in photoshop there are more ways to do it just thats all I can think of off the top of my head try to google it! lol

If you're using a digicam, check to make sure the WB isn't set to tungsten.
In PS, add yellow to counteract the blue in the color adjustment menu. You will probably have to adjust color in the whole range, shadow, mids, and highlights. Or go to selective color and desaturate the blue and possibly the cyan. Just play with the sliders until you get a pleasing color for you. Worst case scenario, you can always gradient map to b&w, then adjust levels.

there r few posibility i know, hope i can help u.
1,camera and film problem. film expired. different camera actually different in colour. some camera will made photo more contrast, some are more natural colour. camera usually more to blue colour n less red colour than natural
2,different season, different period (in asian, evening will b more yellow-ish)
3,reflection frm buildings etc
-try 2 adjust colour with add in red tone n lessen blue tone
-or made it black n white 1st, adjust contrast and then add in colour
might not b the clouds, mist/ frog, pollution etc also will create blue atmosphere.

Check your camera's settings. Make sure your lighting source is correct. I am not too familiar with photoshop...
