I need to send some home made little cakes to WA, anyone know how I can do this or who with that is reliable?

Freeze dry them and send them in baggie ziplock bags.

Well, I am not from "Down Under", I had to do a search to figure out where QLD was. But here in the US I would check on packaging requirements and how long it takes with the Post Office, FEDX and UPS. Pick the one that fits the budget and will get them there before they become stale.
